Dear Foundation members and friends of the Foundation,

            On 03/22/19, we held a luncheon honoring newly elected Assemblywoman Cottie Petrie-Norris.  Our Vice-Chair Michael Penn was the gracious host of the lunch.  I was there; and I saw a brilliant woman, progressive, and pragmatic woman who won in a majority-Republican District.  Cottie showed deep insight, true caring, and steel-like toughness.  Orange County has a great Assemblywoman in Cottie Petrie-Norris; and, I couldn’t be prouder of her.
