A Message from the Chair –

Dear Foundation Members and friends of the Foundation,

Last week on 02/22/19, the Foundation held a luncheon honoring Senator Tom Umberg.  The Foundation and Orange County is extremely proud of Tom; and, of his accomplishments as a Colonel in the Army, Assemblymember, Deputy Drug Czar, great attorney, great and caring person, and now a great Senator.  Tom has devoted his life to public service, and he has been highly successful at that devotion.  Those at the luncheon heard a brilliant Senator speak with knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm.
